Asks for confirmation of name with a yes. They hung up abruptly as I said 'do not call this number'. Also they did not delete my number as request and called later in the day. Something about electrical and lights.

I answered but nobody on their end responded. There was just a few seconds of background voices before they hung up. I wouldn't trust whoever this is.
