Had a south asian woman call claiming to be from broadband, it was clearly a scam. I acted like I had been awaiting her call and absolutely demanded to know why she hadnt called me back sooner. I asked for a manager which confused her further. I then started explaining that she had poor customer service skills, said "excuse me sir" a few times (knowing full well she was anything but) and then hung up. She called me back to tell me to XXXXX off haha.
