This guy tried to tell me he was from a visamastercard fraud centre, and said there had been suspicious activity on my "card" with purchases made in USD and was it me, and he then proceeded to tell me he would help guide me through the process of deleting my card details off of websites where I have purchased things, and furthurmore help me to make my banking app and device "secure"? .
