The number apparently comes from Wiesbaden, I know no one that would call me from there. Calling at 17:45 on a Sunday is not a time for anyone with a serious agenda to call.

The lady said she was from Wiesbaden and wanted my opinion, said I had no time at the moment, then hung up. Call came again one day later. Both times later in the afternoon, which doesn't seem super professionell.

I receive a call from this number everyday, I have answered once, they said it's the ministry, realising a study about satisfaction or something like that

This may be a legitimate survey, but if so they should not be calling and hanging up.
