They ask your personal data (including e-mail address and password from icloud) and your credit card number! Apple would NEVER ask you for this kind of information! This is NOT the Apple care support number... they're spoofing Apple's number to seem legit! If you haven't ordered anything from Apple nor asked for their support DO NOT answer!
When resetting your phone..voice mail has to reset also....this is the actual number to voicemail.its the same as *123......when you dial it it takes you directly to your voicemail to listen to unheard messages.....I thought it was spam at first as well....don't know why phone service don't send messages out to customers who are not sure who the calls are coming from....

Return call and the answering service says no service.
