I called after hours and got a recorded message saying that their call was about some offers, which were not specified. They did not disclose their identity.

Some kind of marketing call pretending to be a bank. Call identity said Canberra number but I knew it was not a canberra number as incorrect digits. Beware!

I think this is actually a scam not spam. I told them I wasn't interested, and he answered "well you have to tell me what electricity company you use" I answered "excuse me?" And he hung up.
