Keeps calling me everyday and does not say anything when I answer

Thick accent. Knew my full name. Said something about power? Mentioned my old address. As soon as I said it’s not my current address they hung up on me.

Recorded message stating it was a company called Skytech regarding sales and marketing. Had an option to add my nuumber to a do not call list. Lets see if that works

Called several times with last 4 numbers the only numbers that changed. When called back was greeted with an automated message advising the person I was trying to call could not be reached. Evidently spam.

4 calls yesterday, 9 today from this and similar numbers (last digit changes). Will not take no for an answer.

Calling about a light update. The number will not block either. I've attempted to block 3x already. I've had 8 phone calls today although I've already said not interested, very Persistant just keeps calling.
