Looks like a scammer, they've been calling my (small)business number almost every 2nd day, for 3 months. I have the number blocked though so I just see it in call records now.

Received scam message said 'your bank Debit/Credit Card has been suspended due to suspicious transaction please update your details follow the link http://bit. Ly/Updatesg'.

Claiming netbank has been locked and asks to follow the prompts of a link that takes you to a deceptive website.
