Then says ur eligible, but doesn't know the differences between property tities.
Tries to confirm ur eligibility based on the bill rate, doesn't talk about quater or monthly bills.
apparently eligible for it with any under or over quote on power bill u can give them
then says ur eligible for a rebate.. When there is no rebate in federal control. Federal solar related program is called a STC program, so misrepresentation of product
