Scam claiming have subscribed to a service. Their system is so stupid, it doesn't even recognise when it's gone to voicemail and it keeps talking. Presumably some scam asking for financial or personal information to "cancel" the service.

They were saying they were going to take money out of my account

Was a voice message telling me to press certain numbers for a refund.
