When I answered I asked who it was, was told ‘Suzy’ and had to press for a company name. Was then told they were calling from the United Church (weird thing to lie about?) and that they wanted to talk to me about my mortgage repayments. I started laughing (because I rent, so what on earth are you talking about?) and she then asked if I had a mortgage. I said I did not. She asked me to confirm my name, so I said no thanks and hung up. Overall very bizarre.
