4 years ago Female said she was calling for Coles Financial Services. She said my name. I have a Coles account, so that caught my attention. She asked me to state the first four letters of my email address to verify my details. I said, "tell me what this is about and if I am interested you can send a verification code to the email address you have on file for me." She immediately ended the call.
