Got missed calls, called them back and its Easi Delivery Service (like Uber Eats) but since they are originally a Chinese speaking delivery service that has expanded. Majority of their customers are Chinese so most of the customer service reps speak only Chinese, and they need you to call again to be connected to an english speaking rep
