В общем. Два раза наш интернет-магазин пытались поиметь с этого номера. Разница в разводах - почти ГОД. Делается заказ (причем почти один и тот же товар заказывали) в интернет-магазине, указывается адрес доставки - Отдел МВД. Отделы указывали в двух случаях разные. Далее курьер звонит что подъедет, ему говорят сейчас перезвоню, видимо уточняют кто звонит. Потом якобы полицейский спрашивает про сдачу с 5000 рублей, якобы такую бумажку только что в бухгалтерии дали. Потом перезванивает и просит что-нибудь купить для начальства (сок или конфеты). И в благодарность за это можно взять 500 рублей (заказ был на ~1500). Ну а потом он попросит перевести сдачу на карту или киви кошелек, подробностей не помню, давно было, а во второй раз уже знали схему, на полпути остановили. Самое интересное - хорошие психологи. Почти сразу переходят на ты и по имени, голос поставленный, прям майор не меньше. Ну и обязательно скажут не раз про начальство или про совещание важное, про "ситуацию в городе, ну ты же знаешь".
