моя любимая шпана Башкирии. Звонят (преимущественно ночью), тут же сбрасывают, потом смс "абонент просит перезвонить". Народ в полусне перезванивает, и попадает на платную линию. Вообще, если вам звонят с незнакомых номеров Башкортостана - не берите трубку. У них телефонное хулиганство и мошенничество вроде местного развлечения. На другое интеллекта у молодежи не хватает. Местной полиции, естественно, дела нет.
