Продолжают звонить. Представляются сотрудниками банка (Сбера) Мошенини! Вежливо и грамотно выпытывают информацию о карте, которую типа надо перевыпустить, т.к. вы не подтверждаете несанкционированный платеж, который вы не совершали... никакого платежа не было! никакого взлома вашей карты тоже! не надо говорить ни номер карты им, ни номер договора!!! Женщина по телефону начала хамить, после того как я сказала, что планирую быть в отделении Сбербанка, где и решу при необходимости все эти проблемы если они на самом деле есть... Женщина начала нагнетать, типа у вас все деньги за эти пять минут пропадут, я обязана вас сейчас заблокировать карту, вы должны мне сказать эту информацию и т.д.
Это мошенники. Сообщают о попытке несанкционированного проникновения в личный кабинет банка , далее начинают проводить опрос о составе приложений в мобильном телефони и т.д., предлагают провести проверку телефона на вирусы.
Звонок из сбербанка, выясняли номер карты/информацию из договора
представились службой безопасности сбербанка, пытались получить информацию по карте
