Звонят из коллекторских агенств, собирают личную информацию, чтобы подсадить на долг,- не по факту взятия кредита, а по факту того, что у них есть на вас личные данные - телефона, имени, состава семьи и другая личная информация, которую они постепенно выманивают обманным путем, опросы. телефоны они берут обычно с авито, могут притвориться что звонят по объявлению (выясняют адрес проживания) После того как ими будет собрана предварит. информация, вам приходит СМС - "К Вам подготовлен выезд по факту вашей задолженности" и указывают ваши данные и свой номер телефона для вопросов, вы звоните, и от вас требуют паспортные данные, чтобы типа проверить по базе являетесь ли вы должником... а впоследствии вы им и становитесь ... Объясните детям чтобы ничего не рассказывали, чего бы им не обещали, и записывайте разговоры на диктовон, отправляйте в прокуратуру с указаним номеров звонивших.
