Llamo diciendo que habia comprado un telefono a traves de la pagina web de movistar.
Es el callcenter de Personal Flow, empresa que brinda servicios de telefonía, internet y televisión por cable de la República Argentina; se comunican de atención al cliente para cualquier tipo de trámite que quieras hacer en esta compañía.
Es el llamador de un call center. Si uno atiende y no habla, cortan. Si uno dice Hola, o alguna otra cosa, sale una grabación diciendo que nos van a comunicar con el interlocutor. Suena como si nosotros estuviéramos llamando y cuando atienden, habla alguien con tonada extranjera, ofreciendo servicios, en mi caso, de vomistar. Uno le dice que no los quiere y preguntan por qué. Porque no lo quiero, nada mas. NO LOS QUIERO. Acaso en alguna ley nos obligan a comprar cualquier cosa que nos ofrezcan?
Me dijeron q eran de Movistar, me dijeron q me mandaban un SMS con un código y el SMS q me llego era de claro con un código y en el mismo mensaje me decía q el contenido era información sensible y q claro nunca me iba a pedir ese código y me generó desconfianza y en el acto le dije q directamente me iba a dirigir a las oficinas de Movistar y nunca más me llamaron
Llaman no contestan
Raro. Supuestamente eran de movistar me pidieron un pin para pasarme a movistar mediante un sms... Me genero desconfianza, dudas y corte.
Se hacen pasar por movistar
Estafa, se hacen pasar por empresas.
