4 Jahre vor Caller on 0423412063 said he was from Hawkesbury Council wanting my opinion on provision of services in the area. When I demanded how he got my mobile number, he said, without directly answering me "numbers are sourced from phone books and other publically available sources." All lies. I called him an identity thief and a liar and hung up.
