Just got a call stating that I had ordered a EBAY gift card (recorded message) then pressed 1 and spoke to someone with very poor English... Said I didnt ordered and EBAY gift card, she said said someone used your detail…

If it was important, they would leave a message. Clearly just hoping someone would pickup and fall for their scam. I recognised the number pattern from similar calls (02) 4302 48xx and its the same thing - no message lef…

Just the usual silent but someone is listening. Future scam here it comes.

Potentially harmful, might cost you lot's of money. When you call back they tell you to wait until someone takes your call, but that doesn't happen. You just get the beeping sound, then nothing.
