I've been getting a call from this number daily for the last 4 days. My phones shows the number coming from Bonn. I never answered the call since I don't know anybody in Bonn. Upon googling this number, just to make sure it's not some official number that I need to respond to, since I live in Germany; i found this page reporting the same number. So I would add to the reports as well.
